My name is Andy James, and welcome to our website.
This site was setup because of my own poor health conditions, after having a near fatal car crash in 2003. Since then, I have had many surgeries, and as I am updating this page now (August, 2018), I am facing more operations to repair my abdominal muscle wall, which has gone weak and now have ‘thin’ muscle.
This will probably require inserting surgical mesh under the muscle, to correct the weakness.
When I left hospital in early 2004, I was unable to walk, I was in an immense amount of pain and was left with blood circulation problems, not due to the accident, but because of nurses neglectful attitudes.
I suffered a DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) because I was just left lying in bed for days, sorry, weeks at a time! If only I could have proven that neglect, but I was alone at that time with no one to fight my corner while I was in bad shape.
I already had a rare form of Diabetes, called Diabetes Insipidus, since the age of seven. This seemed great news for the endocrine department, as almost none of the nursing staff, and indeed the doctors, had never heard of my condition.
So began the experimenting with my medication, do they could ‘figure’ the best dosages and types of tablets for me to take. Bare in mind, that I had been self medicating since my early teens, but nevertheless, the ‘scientists’ did their experimenting, rendering me dehydrated and needing a saline drip to replenish my fluid levels.
I’ve put a link in the reference section below, if you would like to read about diabetes insipidus.
It took seven years for my injuries to almost heal, after those first surgeries (9 in total), but I then needed further surgery (at the end of 2011) to remove a section of my bowel (sigmoid colon) and close up several fistula’s which led out to my abdomen.
The latest surgery left me unable to walk again for almost six months and as a result, my circulation suffered further. My ankles became blackened from the bruises (blood coming to the skin), they were permanently swollen and I was in a huge amount of throbbing pain.
Fortunately, I discovered nattokinase, serrapeptase and several other organic and natural products in the first decade of this century. I did my due-diligence and looked at plenty of research and found that there were no side effects to nattokinase, and it could really help my health, and so could serrapeptase.
So I decided to try them, after a friend pointed me in the right direction.
And I am so glad that I did, because my life has not been the same since.
My ankles no longer swell up like elephant’s feet, I don’t any pain in my legs, and the bruising has all but disappeared.
I tell you this very personal information, because I want you to know that I am a real person, and that there is someone real behind this site. I am in no way a medical professional, or authority in any medical field.
But I am someone who prefers to use natural products, instead of prescription drugs, because of their potential side effects.
About Nattokinase Heart Health
Serrapeptase and nattokinase are the main topic of this site, but another proteolytic enzyme, lumbrokinase, is closely related in terms of it’s healing power. We are continually updating this site, as we find more relevant information, research and studies, which have been published.
Perhaps the best known proteolytic enzyme is serrapeptase, which is born from the gut of the silkworm, as he uses it to break free of his cocoon before escaping into a moth. The enzyme does the same job in the body for us, as it does with the hard shell of the silkworm case, by eating dead or scar tissue.
The miracle of serrapeptase, is that it does not harm living tissue, so it is perfectly safe to use for almost everyone, including children under the age of ten, who can take up to 2 capsules per day.
Nattokinase is more focused on blood system health. I discovered this one first, but now I use serrapeptase more frequently, as I suffer with nose bleeds a lot (not related to my injuries) and nattokinase does slow down the clotting process too much for me, so I absolutely know it works.
The nattokinase enzyme originally comes from the Japanese food, natto. But thankfully it is now isolated and grown organically in laboratories. You see, natto is a slimy, incredibly smelly food that only someone with a strong constitution, can tolerate.
Like serrapeptase, nattokinase also has fibrinolytic purpose. Excess fibrin (protein) in the blood is dangerous, and usually results in over-coagulation, which can lead to an array of health conditions.
Proteolytic enzymes are becoming more and more well known for their ability to help with a long list of health issues, and are being more readily used in place of prescription medicines.
So I hope you enjoy our site and make some discoveries of your own about the health benefits of nattokinase, and how serrapeptase can bring back happiness to your overall health, should it be needed.
